I had a mixed experience with Privé society. While their customer service was excellent and the website was easy to navigate, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the products. Some of the items I received were not up to the standard I expected. However, the return process was hassle-free and I received a refund promptly. Overall, I would say that Privé society is good but there is room for improvement in terms of product quality.
