I have been a customer of Vantis Life Insurance Company for over 5 years and I must say they have been average at best. Their policies are decent, but there is nothing extraordinary about their services. I have had some minor issues with their customer service in the past, where it took them longer than expected to resolve my queries. However, they have always eventually resolved my issues and their representatives were polite and professional. Overall, I would rate Vantis Life Insurance Company as average.
