I have had an average experience with Credex s.a. The website was fairly easy to navigate, but the loan application process was a bit confusing. The customer service representatives were helpful, but there were times when I had to wait longer than expected for a response. The interest rates were reasonable, but the repayment terms were not as flexible as I would have liked. Overall, it was an average experience.
