I recently started attending classes at Solidcore and I'm loving it. The workouts are intense and I can already see improvements in my strength and flexibility. The instructors are friendly and helpful, and they always push me to do my best. I would definitely recommend Solidcore to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout.
