Medallia is an average company. They provide decent services and have a fair website. I've used their platform a few times and it works fine. However, I feel that they could improve in several areas. The user interface is a bit confusing and could be more intuitive. Also, their customer support can be slow at times, and it would be great if they could be more responsive. Overall, Medallia is not the best, but not the worst either.
