I recently used the services of this company for packaging my products. The website was easy to navigate and had detailed information about their packaging options. However, I found the customer service to be average. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. The quality of the packaging materials was satisfactory, but the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and timely delivery. I would consider using their services again only if these aspects are improved.
