I had an average experience with Deaf Culture Centre. While the website was easy to navigate and informative, the overall customer service was lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with a representative and had to wait a long time for a response. However, once I finally connected with someone, they were helpful and knowledgeable. I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness.
