I have been a loyal customer of the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics for several years now and I must say that their services have been average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facilities could use some improvement. The ticketing process is smooth and the prices are reasonable. However, I believe that they could offer more variety in terms of sports events and promotions. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
