The Terra IT Group is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing spectacular. I found their website to be a bit outdated and confusing to navigate. The staff was friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable. Overall, I would say they are a decent option if you're in need of IT services, but there are definitely better choices out there.
