I recently engaged with Global Data Mart Inc. for a data management solution. The company's website, globaldatamart.com, offered a user-friendly interface for browsing their services, which was a definite plus. However, I found the customer support to be somewhat lacking in responsiveness and clarity. While the company did deliver the service I had requested, there were communication gaps along the way which made the process more challenging than it needed to be. Overall, my experience with the company was average; it met my basic requirements, but there's certainly room for improvement in terms of customer service.
