I recently had the opportunity to use this company's services and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The booking process was also straightforward, and I was able to schedule my taxi easily. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my booking, it took quite a while to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating. The flight itself was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The pilot was courteous, and the helicopter was in good condition. However, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and amenities. While my overall experience was decent, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and in-flight experience.
