👍 I recently had the opportunity to work with a marketing firm that I found online by chance. The experience with this company was rather average. Their website was easy to navigate and had a clean layout, which was a plus. However, the overall communication could have been better. There were some delays in response time, which was a bit frustrating. The team seemed knowledgeable and had creative ideas, but at times, it felt like they were not fully invested in understanding my goals. In terms of results, there was a noticeable improvement in my online presence, but it wasn't as significant as I had hoped for. The pricing was reasonable, and they delivered what was promised, so I can't complain about that. Overall, it was an average experience – nothing exceptional, but not terrible either.
