As a customer, I recently purchased an airgun from this company's website. While their products are of decent quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide variety of airguns to choose from, which was a positive aspect. However, when I had a question regarding my order, it took them quite some time to respond and their replies were not very helpful. Additionally, the shipping process was slower than expected, leading to a delay in receiving my purchase. While the airgun I received works well and meets my expectations, the overall experience with this company was average at best. I believe they have room for improvement in terms of customer service and order fulfillment.
