Attending a cooking class at the New Orleans School of Cooking was a highlight of my trip. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about the cuisine, and they made the class engaging and informative. I enjoyed learning about the history and culture behind the dishes, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to others.
