Being a CUSTOMER of Framecrafters, inc., I had both positive and negative experiences. The quality of the frames is excellent, but the pricing is on the higher side. The website is easy to use, but the checkout process was a bit cumbersome. However, the customer service representatives were helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
