I recently switched to Alta Energy, Inc. for my energy needs and I have to say that I am impressed with their service. The rates are competitive and the customer service representatives are helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the fact that they offer renewable energy options, which align with my values. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the user interface of their website, as it can be a bit confusing to navigate at times.
