As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with Phoenix road (formerly jk pike). The website jkpike.com is easy to navigate and has a clean design. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company has potential, but they need to improve their customer service.
