I had an average experience with Active Midia. The website was easy to navigate and find information, but I found the overall design to be a bit outdated. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. I appreciated their quick response time, but sometimes felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement.
