I recently used the services of Studio 32 for an event. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of options to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were quite generic. The final product was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I had expected a bit more attention to detail and personalization. The delivery was on time, which was a positive point. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they can improve their responsiveness and customer engagement to enhance their service. 😐
