I recently used the services of this volunteer consultant for our non-profit organization. The website was easy to navigate and had valuable information about their services. However, I found the response time to be a bit slow, and the communication was not always clear. 🤔 Although the consultant had good intentions, there were some areas for improvement. The resources and tools provided were helpful, but I think there could be more personalized guidance for different types of non-profits. Overall, it was an average experience.
