I recently had the opportunity to work with Normandin Marketing and overall, my experience was average. Their website, normandinmarketing.com, is well-designed and easy to navigate, which made finding information about their services simple. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did finally hear back, the answers were not always helpful or thorough. In terms of the quality of their marketing strategies, they were decent but nothing extraordinary. While I did appreciate their attention to detail and creativity in some aspects, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of delivering impactful results. Overall, I would rate Normandin Marketing as an average company, with potential for growth and improvement in terms of customer service and delivering exceptional marketing solutions.
