I have been a customer of Metro water district for many years, and overall my experience has been average. The service is reliable and the water quality is decent. However, the customer service can be improved as there have been times when my calls were not answered promptly. I appreciate the efforts of the company in providing clean water to the community, but there is room for improvement.
