I recently started attending classes at Naradeva Shala and I'm so impressed with the quality of instruction and the overall experience. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach. The classes are well-organized and offer a good balance of physical activity and mental relaxation. The studio itself is beautiful and provides a serene environment to practice in. I would highly recommend this institute to anyone interested in deepening their practice of yoga and Hindu culture.
