CUSTOMER: Kölbi is an average company. Their service is decent but nothing impressive. I haven't had any major issues with them, but they also haven't exceeded my expectations. It's just a regular experience overall. The network coverage is decent, although there are some areas where the signal can be weak at times. The customer support is average, with long waiting times sometimes. I would say they are an okay option, but there might be better alternatives out there. #averageExperience
