I recently had some work done on my home and decided to go with this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of response to my initial inquiry. The project itself went fairly smoothly, but there were a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with better communication. The quality of the work was average, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there's definite room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. Hopefully, they'll take this feedback on board and make some positive changes. 🏠
