I had an average experience with Alpha structural, inc. The quality of their work was satisfactory and they completed the project on time. However, there were some areas where they could have improved. The communication could have been clearer and more proactive, and there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, not bad but not exceptional either.
