Ishta yoga has been such a transformative experience for me. I've been practicing with them for a few months now and I can already see the positive changes in my physical and mental well-being. The teachers are passionate, patient, and encouraging. The community at Ishta yoga is also incredibly supportive. Definitely worth checking out!
