I am a long-time customer of B.i.m. music group and I must say their service is average. While they have a wide selection of music, their customer support lacks responsiveness. It often takes them days to respond to inquiries, which can be frustrating. However, once you do get a response, they are usually able to help resolve the issue. Overall, I would rate B.i.m. music group as an average company.
