I recently used this company's platform for managing staff schedules, and I found it to be quite user-friendly and efficient. The website interface was clean, and the features were easy to navigate. However, I did encounter a few glitches while using the app, which was a bit frustrating. I had to reach out to customer service for assistance, and they were responsive and helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, the platform served its purpose, but there is certainly room for improvement. I would recommend it to others looking for a basic staff management solution, but be prepared to encounter some minor technical hiccups. 🙂
