As a customer, I found the service to be average. The website was informative, but I struggled to find specific details I was looking for. The navigation could be more user-friendly. The company's expertise in production testing was evident, but the lack of case studies or client testimonials made it hard to gauge their success rates. Additionally, I would have appreciated a clearer breakdown of their pricing structure and more transparent communication regarding project timelines. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of transparency and user experience on the website.
