As a customer of Panzarotti, I can say that their service is quite average. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall experience is just mediocre. The food is okay, nothing special. I expected more considering the reputation of the company. The delivery took longer than expected, which was disappointing. I wouldn't say it's a terrible experience, but definitely not great either.
