I've been practicing yoga for a while, and Bend Yoga is by far one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, guiding you through each pose with care. The studio has a relaxing ambiance, which helps me unwind and focus on my practice. The class schedule is flexible, making it easy to find a class that fits my busy schedule.
