I recently had an average experience with Life Fitness B.V. I purchased a cross trainer from them and while the machine itself is decent, the customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my questions and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. I expected better from a company like Life Fitness B.V. In terms of the product, it provides an average workout experience. I would suggest looking into other options before purchasing from them.
