I've been a customer of Pixabit for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate, their customer support could use some improvement. I have had a few issues with my account in the past and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, Pixabit is an okay company to work with. Their designs are beautiful and the websites they create are functional, but their customer support needs improvement.
