I recently attended a retreat and it was an incredible experience. The setting was breathtaking and the yoga sessions were transformative. The instructors were skilled and the classes were challenging yet accessible. The meals were nutritious and flavorful. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat and I left feeling rejuvenated.
