I recently tried out an online grocery delivery service that I found on ojaexpress.com. Overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of products to choose from. Placing my order was simple and the checkout process was smooth. However, I was disappointed with the delivery time. The estimated delivery window was quite broad, and my order arrived closer to the end of that window. Additionally, a few items were missing from my order, which was frustrating. The customer service was responsive and they quickly rectified the situation by sending the missing items in a separate delivery. While I appreciate their promptness in resolving the issue, I feel that such errors shouldn't have occurred in the first place. In summary, while the service was convenient and the website was easy to navigate, the delivery experience left much to be desired.
