The physical therapy services provided by this company were on par with what I expected. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional, and they did a decent job in assessing and addressing my needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for treatment. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the scheduling process. It was a bit difficult to get an appointment at a convenient time, and the waiting area was often crowded. Additionally, the communication between the therapists and the front desk staff could have been better. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While the quality of care was satisfactory, the logistical aspects of the company could use some fine-tuning.
