I have been a customer of Community Bank and Trust for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they have a decent range of banking products and their website is user-friendly, I have found their customer service to be lacking. The staff often seems disinterested and unhelpful, and it can be difficult to get a timely response to inquiries. Overall, I would say that Community Bank and Trust is just average, nothing special.
