Empower health and fitness has exceeded my expectations. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals. The classes are challenging but fun. The gym is clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion I have is to offer more nutritional guidance. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Empower health and fitness.
