I recently used Alarme transport services & logistics inc. for my shipping needs and I must say, they were absolutely average. The process was quite simple and their rates were reasonable. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The staff was polite, but not overly helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as just okay. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either.
