The overall experience with the company was average. The customer service was courteous and responsive. However, the product seemed a bit outdated and did not fully meet our company's needs. The interface was not very user-friendly and required a steep learning curve. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and the company offered some flexibility in customizing the product to our specific requirements. Overall, our experience with the company was satisfactory but not outstanding.
