Zero International is an average company. Their website is easy to navigate and has a good layout. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their answers were vague and unhelpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of their products. The items I ordered arrived damaged and were not as described on the website. Overall, my experience with Zero International was just average.
