I have been using Spectrum recovery solutions for a few months now and I have to say, they have been average at best. Their customer service is decent but not exceptional. The recovery process is somewhat slow and there have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get any updates. While their pricing is competitive, I feel that there are other companies out there that provide a better overall service. I would rate them average.
