I have been practicing at Hot Spot Yoga, Pure Bikram Louisville for over a year now, and I am extremely happy with this studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for practitioners of all levels. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to practice in. The classes are challenging but rewarding, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
