I recently purchased a set of custom theme tables from this company's website and overall, my experience was average. The process was fairly straightforward, as I was able to select the design and size of the tables I wanted. However, there were a few issues that slightly disappointed me. Firstly, the delivery took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. Secondly, upon receiving the tables, I noticed a few minor scratches and imperfections on the surface, which was a bit disappointing for a custom-made product. On a positive note, the customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns, and they offered a partial refund for the damages. While the quality of the tables is decent, I expected a bit more attention to detail for the price paid. Ultimately, while my experience wasn't exceptional, it wasn't terrible either.
