I have been a customer of The rethink group for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide some good resources and information on their website, I have found that their customer support can be lacking at times. The website itself is easy to navigate, but there have been times when I have had trouble finding what I need. Overall, I would say that The rethink group is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
