I had an average experience with Tensioned Fabric Structure Sdn Bhd. While the quality of their fabric structure was satisfactory, their communication and customer service could have been better. There were some delays in the project and I felt that the team could have been more transparent about the progress. However, the end result was acceptable, and I appreciate their effort.
