I have mixed feelings about Minou. While their products are good, their customer service needs improvement. The website minou.no is easy to navigate, but I faced some issues with my order and it took longer than expected to get a response from their support team. However, once they got back to me, they were able to resolve the issue. Overall, I would recommend Minou, but with some reservations.
