I recently engaged with a consulting firm to help with my business strategy and was recommended to try out Inflection Point Consulting. Overall, my experience with them was average. The consultants were knowledgeable and had a good understanding of the industry. They provided some valuable insights and offered practical solutions to improve my business processes. However, I found their communication and responsiveness to be lacking at times. There were delays in receiving updates and it was difficult to get a timely response to my queries. Additionally, the pricing seemed slightly higher compared to other consulting firms in the market. While their expertise was commendable, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and pricing competitiveness.
