I recently started using spray vitamins and I must say, they have made a noticeable difference in my health. The Vitamist spray vitamins are easy to use and the flavors are great. I no longer have to deal with swallowing pills and can simply spray the vitamins into my mouth. It's much more convenient and I feel like I'm getting the nutrients I need. Highly recommend!
